MCR1215 - MCC02 Smart Meter Exchanges
ESBN propose to move to a network led approach for the exchange of MCC02 (day/night) meters. ESBN propose to exchange a day/night MCC02 meter with a smart meter, set at MCC16 (Day, Night and Peak) on commissioning.
