DR1209 – Annual Consumption for HH Sites
The existing industry design provides a value known as “estimated consumption” within the 320MM which issues following the completion of a COS.
The value is importantly used to provide an annual estimate consumption for the site which has come ontosupply. As 320MM only issues for non interval sites as part of NSMP, this value is not provided during a reconfiguration to HH from NHH or where there is an existing HH to HH switch.
For an initial take on, it is important to have this value to gauge initial estimated annual consumption (the reason it was provided for domestic consumers in the original industry design).
As the NSMP design used the existing QH solution as a framework for developing the HH design it did not provide a similar value for domestic take ons.
