Hypercare is the stabilisation period after TIBCO Upgrade Project Go-Live which focuses on elevated user support, data integrity and system availability for all Market Participants.

The Hypercare period is defined as the 6 weeks post Go-Live from Monday 8^th August to Friday 16th September.
