The contents of the V12.00.00 Release were derived from the requirement to deliver the National Smart Metering Programme as well as including the MCRs that were prioritised by Market Participants during the Prioritising Exercise conducted in 2016.

Official approval was granted at the ReMCoSG on 23/08/2017.
