Two of the Downloadable Meter Point files display technically installed meters as well as billable ones. This means that if Suppliers use these files to validate the information received at CoS, or following a meter change, it cannot be immediately reconciled with the information received on the Market Message (320 or 332 etc).This was also the case with the Retail Market Participant Extranet website until the implementation of MCR 0081 (attached) in November 2010, which amended the display to only show billable meters. This DR is to request that the Downloadable Meter Point files should only display billable meters.
