Background
This MCR concerns non participant generator sites where import and export are registered to different suppliers. A 331 message issues to suppliers who are registered for import at a QH MPRN. This 331 message contains the meter details of the meter that is sent on the 341. Currently, when a supplier registers to buy the export from a specific non-participant generator, they do not receive a 331. The receipt of a 331 message would aid specific suppliers in the creation of meter/MPRN data on their systems.
