RMDSThis request covers a number of proposed changes in the Harmonised Baseline V2.1 to reflect design outcomes from the ESB Networks Harmonisation Project.
The items include the proposed removal of the 501, 504 and 505 message definitions from the schema as these old ROI Message are no longer used since the introduction of the SEM arrangements. ROI will not offer resends of these messages and NI will not use them. Some code values are proposed for removal as they will not be used in either jurisdiction following Harmonisation.
