Current Draft NI market procedures: – MP NI 9 De-energisation states that a 106D market message will always be sent to the Supplier on
completion of a de-energisation job at an Interval site. If metering has been removed during the job, the Supplier will also be sent a 331 market
message. – MP NI 10 Re-energisation states that a 106E market message will always be sent to the Supplier on completion of a re-energisation
job at an Interval site. If metering has been installed during the job, the Supplier will also be sent a 331 market message. In ROI it was agreed with
Suppliers that, if metering was removed/installed as part of the de/re-energisation job, then the 106D/E would be suppressed as the 331 provides
the new MPRN status and the 106 market messages are deemed to be redundant. NIE propose to harmonise with ROI and suppress sending the
106 market message if metering has changed at the site.
