This Discussion Request provides an update to ‘MCR 1038 – Supplier Advice of Long-Term Vacant Property’. It proposes that a site will only be
marked as Long Term Vacant when required criteria have been received in a fixed sequence. The criteria and sequence are listed below:
1. 1st Meter reader observations of vacancy
2. 2nd Meter reader observations of vacancy
3. 013 MM with Long Term Vacant Indicator Flag set to “1” i.e. a logical value of “True” is received from the relevant Supplier. (Note: Long Term
Vacant Indicator Flag will be the schema name. The business definition name will be Long Term Vacant Indicator).
