The Enduring Solution process in NI requires that the customer contacts their Supplier to submit an 030 market message where the
increased/decreased connection process involves a change to MCC. This Discussion Request proposes that NIE will align with the ESB/RoI
process and no longer require an 030 market message from the Supplier for MCC changes associated with an increase/decrease MIC change
