This Discussion Request proposes to remove DUoS Tariff T051 (4 Rate Unrestricted Keypad) from being available to the market. This tariff was
created to facilitate the rule where a keypad customer on a single rate unrestricted tariff moved to an alternative Supplier they had to be changed
to a 4 Rate Tariff and each rate was charged at the same value and therefore the customer would not be disadvantaged by moving. This rule is no
longer in place and a keypad customer on a single rate unrestricted tariff can move and stay on the same DUoS Tariff T053 (Standard Rate
Keypad).
