This discussion request proposes that NIE further harmonises on the use of market message 303R. It was originally agreed at harmonisation that NIE would use the 303R market message to reject Supplier Provided Readings on market messages 010, 016 and 210 in the following circumstances:

• The meter details are incorrect, in which case the Available Meter Id details are populated on message 303R using the meter details held by NIE.

• The read date or required date is dated in the future, is absent, or predates the most recent DUoS bill.

• One or more of the readings are implausible.
