This Discussion Request proposes that where NIE receives a Change of Supplier request and there is existing outstanding fieldwork from the Old Supplier NIE will hold the Change of Supplier request until the fieldwork has been cancelled or completed. NIE will contact the Old Supplier when this situation arises in order to get any Old Supplier outstanding fieldwork completed or cancelled and where necessary, will also contact the New Supplier.
