Currently in the interim solution on completion of a fieldwork visit by NIE in response to a Supplier fieldwork request “to investigate physical metering”, NIE issues an N131C market message to the Supplier, but the Supplier is not provided with the details of what was found or done during the fieldwork visit. This DR will enable field activity comments, provided by electricians, to be provided back to Suppliers
