Currently there is process in the interim solution that allows a domestic customer of NIEES to register as a non-domestic customer of a Supplier who is not certified for the domestic market. The process is seen as being unwieldy and overly manual, which has resulted in delays and customer dissatisfaction. NIE was asked through SIG to investigate if an improved process could be developed.
