RMDSNotification of de-energisation of QH meter sites is not currently being sent to EirGrid which results in the site being incorrectly assigned as terminated.
To ensure a site is de-energised, EirGrid requires receipt of the 106D message to the TSO MPCC box in order to manage the de-energisation of the meter site correctly and to ensure TUoS billing of this site is accurate.
The current process is heavily manual, involves significant time spent by staff in MRSO and EirGrid to identify sites and agree on status of site and treatment for TUoS billing purposes. This is prone to error and is not efficient given that 106D message exists for this purpose.
