In order to facilitate preparation by the market for the changes associated with the SEM, version 6.1 of
the schema issued some time ago. Version 6.1 included some extra code values to facilitate future
market changes that have been signalled but not yet released. The purpose of this DR is to add these
value to the market design baseline for SEM, thus bringing the baseline into line with version 6.1 of the
schema as released.
Neither of these code values will be used on any market message until the change requests for the
associated process changes are raised and approved.
