SMO have amended the SoLR process from a retail perspective based on changes that are applied at
the SEM wholesale level. The net effect of these changes for the retail market is that the SoLR event
date will occur only five days after the five day remedy period thus allowing the Supplier of Last Resort a
total of ten working days to effect a mass reversion to Supplier of Last Resort.
