There is an inconsistency between the technical specification of the xml schema provided by the SEMIT
and the SEM-MDP Meter Data Format which does not include SS level for these DateTime data Items.
All elements within the xml schema defined as XS:DateTime will contain SS level data. This is an XML
restriction.
This inconsistency has been raised by ESB Networks with the SIMDRACS Co-ordinator. The SMO are
changing the Data Definitions for these 4 fields to include ‘:ss’, and this DR requests that the ARIS field
format follows suit.
Note that this does not impact on the XML schema
