To facilitate the registration process and prevent erroneous CoLEs being processed the Customer name

should be provided on the Extranet site for all MPRNs (Existing and New Connections) where the DUoS

Group is DG5 or above.

Where the customer is an organisation then name org 1 and name org 2 (if both exist) will appear on

separate lines. Otherwise First Name Last Name will appear on one line.

The screenshots below indicate the location of the new data field. However, please note that this is

intended to convey proposed functionality and may change during the design, build and test phase.
