Market Design to satisfy new requirements of SEM implementation.
WP 0014 Distribution Connected Non Participant Generator Export Arrangements is to be updated to
reflect the following:
It is a Regulatory requirement that in the new manual registration process for Non-Participant
Generation, a Supplier must show that they have historic demand that has been (in all Trading Periods)
1.5 times greater than the maximum contracted output of all out-of-market generation contracted to that Supplier Unit.
