In order to introduce the Single Electricity Market there are a number of changes required to the existing Retail Market processes.

This MCR relates to the Market Process surrounding Changes to Connection Characteristics for generators.

The reasons for the changes are :-

• The formalisation of the process surrounding a change from the use of Export Arrangements to the use of Submetering.
