In order to introduce the Single Electricity Market there are a number of changes required to the existing Retail Market processes. This MCR relates to the Market Process surrounding Objection and Cancellation.

The reason for the change is that where a Change of Supplier is requested to be cancelled on a Trading Site MRSO is required to reject that cancellation.
