Request that section 10 Data Format & Character Set in the MPCC Technical Manual be brought in line
with the character set in the schema.
Also Please Note: it is intended to issue an updated Version of the MPCC Technical Manual TD-IEMP_

Additions will reflect what is currently live and will be brought in line with the next release of the MPCC.
