At present the readings processor converts newly-received 341 messages with import data into a single file in the format of the interim MRSO system (legacy format).
As a result of Working Practice 12 a Generator now has the option of nominating a supplier to receive QH data on its behalf. However, at present, if this supplier uses the readings processor the export 341s will be ignored by the software.
This change request proposes that the readings processor be modified to process these messages into a separate export interval data file in the same format as the import file.
