Where the rejection reason in a 102R is COS – a COS was completed less than 20 days before the

required date of the COS it is requested that the effective date of that COS be advised on the 102R.

New Field Name: Effective Date of Last CoS

Length of Field: 10 Characters in Date Format

Data Definition: The date that the last CoS came into effect if the CoS effective date < 20 days.
