Details of MCR

This change request is for a new Market Message (M330 – Notification to ESB NG of transfer from NQH

to QH) to be sent to TSO to provide the ESBNG with certain customer information when a site is

transferring from NQH to QH metering. Meter details will continue to be provided via the 331 message.
