Analysis of scenarios, such as LA boundary changes, where it is found a TMPRN should move from one GMPRN to another reveals the need for an additional Unmetered MPD.
Whilst initial thoughts regarding this process are being documented for circulation in future
correspondence it is becoming clear that whilst ESB Networks will be able to update their systems
regarding the new relationship there is a need for a communication to the relevant Supplier
communicating this new relationship.
