Provide a report which can be run from the WebForms application. The report will allow the user to enter a “from” and “to” date

range and a time range. The user can also choose the direction [outbound or inbound]. The report will retrieve data from the MS

Access database (on the MPCC) in relation to messages sent or messages received during the selected timeframe.

There is an existing report in the webforms and the new report will be similar in look. The user will choose the “from” / “to” date/time

range and the direction, and the results will then be displayed on screen
