There are some minor changes required to the MPD for meter problems and damage.
The MPD should be updated to include some additional detail on how ESB Networks will handle the
process for meter problems and damage.
The order of flows should be updated to indicate that any meter works required as a result of meter
problems and damage will be performed and notified to the registered supplier before a 311 or 261
message will be sent.
