RMDSA supplier may request multiple changes to customer details for the same MPRN on a single instance of message
013. It is possible that some changes may be confirmed immediately while others may require investigation by DSO
prior to confirmation. In such circumstances a supplier may receive multiple 114 confirmation messages in
responses to a single 013 request.
The MPD does not clearly reflect this at present and should be updated.
