MCR 0029 – Updates to metered MPDs to include unmetered processes

The following changes are required to existing metered MPDs to support the single site unmetered market:

• MPD 9: De-energisation: Market Message 700 will be sent to confirm de-energisation for unmetered sites

rather than Market Message 106D

• MPD 10: Re-energisation: Market Message 700 will be sent to confirm re-energisation for unmetered sites
