There are a number of business processes which apply equally to NQH metered and single site unmetered sites.
Where this is the case it is proposed to modify the scope of the existing baselined MPD to indicate that single site
unmetered can be included. There may also be some slight modifications to the text to clarify the unmetered
processes.
It is not proposed to modify any of the market messages sent or to make any changes to the design as a result of
this exercise.
